

INGREDIENTS
• Dry cake: you can use a sponge cake( bizcocho) or sobaos
• Jam: we use strawberries jam(mermelada)
• Fruit: It’s advisable to use strawberries, but we use bananas, pineapple and mango
• Jelly: we use strawberries jelly(gelatina)
• Custard(natillas)
• Thick cream(nata montada)
• Some chocolate to decorate it
RECIPE
Put the jam on the dry cake
Cut the cake and the fruit into pieces
Put the cake in the bowl
Put the fruit on the cake
Put the jelly on the fruit
Put the custard on the jelly
Put some cream on the custard
Decorate it with chocolate
